The baker behind your cakes

Hi, I am Leemah.

I never planned to run a baking business. It started with a birthday cake for a friend, and it grew from there: one order, then a few, then enough that my kitchen in Chelmsford stopped being just a kitchen.

Now I bake full time. Every jar is made by hand, in small batches, fresh just before it reaches you. If a batch does not taste right, it does not go out. I also create custom cakes for birthdays, celebrations, and life's bigger moments, each one designed and baked around the person it is for.

What I care about most is the moment someone opens the lid, or sees the cake for the first time. Dessert is rarely just dessert, and I treat every order like it belongs to someone who will remember it.
