Hi, I am Leemah.

I never planned to run a baking business. It started with a birthday cake for a friend, then another, then orders from friends of friends. More than eight years later, cakes are what I do.

In that time, I have made everything from small birthday cakes to seven-tier wedding centrepieces, including the one for my own wedding. In 2019, I won first place at the Baker’s Choice Sallah Bakeoff in Nigeria. In 2022, I moved to the UK and rebuilt Leemah Cakes here in Chelmsford from scratch. New country, new kitchen, same standard.

Today, Leemah Cakes N More has three sides:

Custom cakes: designed around you, for birthdays, milestones and weddings. Every one starts with a conversation.

Dessert jars: made by hand in small batches and delivered across the UK. If a batch does not taste right, it does not go out.

LCM Academy: where I teach other bakers, through private masterclasses and step-by-step guides.

Whatever you order, it is the same pair of hands and the same care. My kitchen holds a 5 star food hygiene rating, and I treat every order like it belongs to someone who will remember it.
