Order Policy

Each order is freshly made to order. Cancellations requested more than 6 hours after placing an order are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns on food items once they have been prepared, dispatched, delivered or collected. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.

About Our Products

All cakes and dessert jars are made fresh to order. Custom orders require prior approval.

Allergens: Please inform us of any allergies at checkout. Our kitchen handles multiple allergens.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation Policy: Each order is freshly made to order.

• Cancelled within 6 hours: Full refund
• Cancelled after 6 hours: Non-refundable

No Returns: We do not accept returns on food items once prepared, dispatched, delivered, or collected (food safety regulations).

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Payment Security

• All payments processed securely by Stripe
• We do NOT store credit card details
• Your payment information is encrypted

Customer Accounts

You can create an account to save delivery addresses, view order history, write reviews, and track orders. Guest checkout is also available.

Reviews & Feedback

Customers can write reviews (as guest or account holder). Account holders receive email notification if we reply.

We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove inappropriate, abusive, or false reviews.

Intellectual Property

All text, images, designs, and recipes are the property of Leemah Cakes N More. You cannot copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delivery delays by couriers, damage after delivery, or issues beyond our control.
